This may seem a very simple question to ask oneself, yet, an answer may require a certain amount of mining through the impermeable layers of inherited priorities and expectations that construct living.
I feel good about myself when I create. When the void is then filled with a tangible, existing form. Be it design or writing, the energy conveyed by creating is a source of utter happiness and fulfilment for me.
I also feel good about myself when I can help out and when I can be a good support to somebody. It’s quite a privilege to be able to make somebody’s life that bit better, or when you can help someone smile.
When life gets busy or tangled with projected expectations, it’s important that I touch base with what are the core things that make me feel good about myself.
